Following the government announcement of the second lockdown from November 5th, we are pleased to continue offering a full range of ‘personal’ services to help you sell or buy your new home.
However, to keep us all safe we must implement a new way of working, this includes.
Getting in touch
Where possible please call 01782 538008 and email us sales@debratimmis.co.uk our staff are available Monday to Friday 9.00am til 5.00pm and Saturday 9,00am til 1.00pm and will be on hand to ensure they can personally answer any questions you may have. Unfortunately our office is operating a locked door policy therefore we ask that you please contact us first should you wish to visit us and we will confirm an appointment time, although we advise that in order to protect everyone, you only visit if it is essential to do so. Please be aware when arriving at the door, you may need to wait a moment whilst our team members are able to put on their face masks and also ask that you enter with your mask on as well.
Valuations and property viewings
We are operating a safety-first culture when attending valuations and property viewings. With viewings we ask that no more than 2 persons (strictly from the same household) attend the property at each viewing and with suitable PPE and follow social distancing rules.
Likewise, at valuations our staff will practice social distancing and will wear appropriate PPE. If a client wishes we are happy to inspect the property and then report to the client afterwards via phone or video call.

The property market is active
Despite the uncertainty of the current climate around COVID-19 we are finding the property market to be buoyant, property values are being achieved and there is a steady flow of new instructions. So please be assured now appears to be as good a time as any to sell or buy.
